Jazzercise & Breakfast!

Calling all fitness lovers! Mark your calendars! On Saturday, May 25th at 8am, we're hitting up Vibe Dance Studio in Martinez for a private Jazzercise session that'll kickstart your holiday weekend. Yes, Jazzercise! Get ready to sweat, have fun, and shake it out with me!

And right after the dance party, swing by my place (just 2 minutes away) for some post-workout fuel. Enjoy delicious breakfast bites and adrenal cocktails to keep the good vibes flowing.

I'll be walking to the studio and if anyone would rather park at my house and walk over together, we'll meet at 7:45am.  Address will be in the confirmation email!
